Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Lead - Distributor Operations to oversee and manage the onboarding, training, and performance of our distributor network. This role is pivotal in ensuring that distributors effectively utilize the platform to manage retailer / Distributer profiles, facilitate transactions, and leverage financial services, thereby contributing to the growth of small businesses.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Distributor Onboarding & Activation
- Identify and onboard new distributors across target regions.
- Ensure proper KYC, agreements, and digital onboarding process completion.
2. Training & Enablement
Conduct regular product and process training for distributors (app usage, loan offerings, sound box deployment).Ensure - 95% of active distributors are fully trained.3. Performance Monitoring
Track distributor performance across KPIs : retailer acquisitions, activation rates, collections, etc.Drive performance reviews and develop incentive plans with the central team.4. Distributor Support & Issue Resolution
Resolve distributor queries or complaints within 24-48 hours.Act as the first escalation point and coordinate with internal teams.5. Market Development & Expansion
Identify new areas for distributor deployment and expansion.Conduct local-level activations or campaigns through distributor network.6. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all distributor activities comply with company policies.Maintain accurate reporting of field activities and distributor performance.Required Skills & Experience :
3-6 years of experience in managing distributors / channel partners in fintech, lending, payments, FMCG, or telecom.Strong field management, communication, and leadership skills.Experience in onboarding, training, and motivating field teams or agents.Good understanding of rural / semi-urban markets.Preferred Qualifications :
Degree in Business, Sales, or a relevant field.Experience in working with digital-first products for micro or small businesses.Knowledge of regional languages is a plus.Why Arth?
