JeAmour is a premium skin, hair, and aesthetic clinic in Jalandhar, known for advanced treatments and personalized client care. We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle patient inquiries, appointment bookings, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound calls for appointment bookings and inquiries.

Explain clinic services including skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments.

Follow up with leads generated through ads, social media, and walk-ins.

Confirm appointments and manage daily patient schedules.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and client details.

Provide basic consultation guidance and route complex queries to doctors.

Ensure excellent customer service and patient engagement.

Requirements :

Minimum qualification : 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Prior experience as a telecaller, receptionist, or customer support executive is an advantage.

Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Punjabi preferred.

Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.

Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems is a plus.
