Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving sales growth by engaging clients directly through in-person meetings and travel across assigned territories. This role demands strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and willing to travel extensively to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities within assigned territory.
Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to understand client needs and propose appropriate SAP-based solutions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth follow-up and order fulfillment.
Travel frequently to client locations for meetings, product demonstrations, and business development.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams like marketing and technical support to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing,
or related field.
0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably field sales or B2B sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness and ability to
travel extensively
and attend in-person client meetings.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency with
CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
is preferred.
