Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Python .
• Build and enhance reusable test frameworks and maintain automation scripts for UI and API layers.
• Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Participate in sprint planning, test estimation, and Agile ceremonies.
• Integrate automation tests into CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and report defects using JIRA or equivalent tools.
• Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and quality of deliverables.
