Finance Business Partner - Engineering

We’re looking for a  Finance Business Partner  who  isn’t just a good communicator —but someone who  backs it up with execution . This role is for someone who  understands the numbers, owns the process, and drives outcomes . You'll work side by side with our Engineering leadership to turn data into decisions, and budgets into action.

Expect to roll up your sleeves, create decks that matter, and work closely with our HQ finance team to ensure alignment across markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Engineering leadership to support business planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
• Challenge resource requests with data, and provide financially sound recommendations on headcount, tooling, and capital investments
• Drive monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and scenario planning with a sharp attention to detail
• Own and deliver clear, actionable reporting on key cost drivers and financial KPIs
• Act as a bridge between Engineering and other departments (Product, HR, Procurement), ensuring alignment and transparency
• Influence decisions through data and business context—not just reports
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising growth or velocity
• Be hands-on with systems, models, and reconciliation—no task too small when it moves things forward
