• Manage and mentor a team of automation engineers to ensure quality and productivity.
• Execute, monitor, and maintain automated test scripts for high-quality delivery.
• Optimize Tosca automation frameworks and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Identify test coverage gaps and implement improvements.
• Report test progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and support timely resolutions.
• Integrate automated tests within DevOps pipelines for CI / CD environments.
• Perform defect tracking, logging, reporting, and follow-ups to closure.
