How You’ll Make an Impact :

As a Network Engineer, you’ll support the design, deployment, and operations of Epsilon’s global network infrastructure across datacenters and cloud platforms. Working as part of a skilled team of network professionals, you’ll help ensure the performance, reliability, and security of internal and external network services. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to complex, large-scale environments while developing your expertise in routing, switching, load balancing, firewalls, and automation. Responsibilities

What You’ll Achieve

• Support the implementation and optimization of network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Contribute to the deployment of scalable network solutions using Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Assist in maintaining infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform and Puppet.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of CI / CD pipelines for network automation and provisioning.
• Use scripting and automation tools to streamline configuration and management tasks.
• Work with security and SRE teams to ensure compliance and secure network design.
• Troubleshoot network issues across LAN, WAN, cloud, and internet environments, escalating as necessary.
• Monitor network performance and support implementation of high-availability and failover solutions.
• Help evaluate and test emerging technologies, contributing to best practice adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on project deliverables and documentation.
• Contribute to standardization, documentation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Additional duties as assigned.
