Hiring : Sourcing Manager – Real Estate (Santacruz East Only)

Experience : 3+ years in Real Estate sourcing & related field

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager with strong experience in the real estate sector, based exclusively in Santacruz East. This role is critical to driving new property sourcing, building local broker networks, and identifying prime acquisition or development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Identify, evaluate, and source residential and commercial properties.

2. Build and manage relationships with local brokers, developers, and property owners.

3. Negotiate pricing and terms in line with company strategy.

4. Maintain and update property sourcing databases and leads.

5. Collaborate closely with sales, legal, and due diligence teams.

Requirements :

1. Must be currently residing in Santacruz East – applications from other locations will not be considered.

2. Minimum 3 years of real estate experience, specifically in sourcing or acquisitions.

3. Strong network of local contacts in real estate (brokers, owners, agents).

4. Good negotiation and communication skills.

5. Self-driven, target-oriented, and well-versed with the local market.
