The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for clients in the US market. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate pay rates, and finalize offers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent.
• Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment reports, ATS entries, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
