About the Role :

Proso AI is hiring for a UK-based client for a full-time position as a Workday Performance Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday Talent and Performance modules, with a strong focus on Performance Management and Talent Optimization. This is a functional role requiring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the implementation and configuration of the Workday Talent and Performance modules.
• Drive initiatives related to performance management, goal setting, and talent optimization.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, HR business partners, and technical teams to define and deliver functional requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, system testing, and end-user training.
• Provide functional expertise, process improvements, and best practice recommendations within the Talent module.
• Support post-implementation activities and ensure smooth operations of Workday Talent functionalities.
