BeBetta - Game Studio Partnerships Lead

As our Game Studio Partnerships Lead, your mission is to source, close, and manage relationships with small-to-mid-sized game studios and bring their games onto the BeBetta platform. You'll be the bridge between external creators and our product Identify and onboard high-potential game studios and independent developers building casual, hyper-casual, and skill-based games.

• Lead licensing, publishing, or revenue-sharing negotiations, aligned with our "no real-money" model.
• Evaluate game mechanics, retention potential, and monetization compatibility with BeBetta's reward loop.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth technical integration of partner games (HTML5 / Unity).
• Build a studio evaluation framework that prioritizes retention, engagement, and seamless reward integration.
• Establish BeBetta as a preferred publishing partner by building strong relationships in the developer ecosystem.
• Continuously refresh our game library to keep users engaged with new formats and themes.
