Gen Ai Generalist / Ai Automation Engineer

Hiring : GenAI Generalist / AI Automation Engineer (2–3 Yrs) – Chennai Are you someone who loves building fast, experimenting with the latest GenAI tools, and turning business use-cases into working automation?

We are looking for a GenAI Generalist / AI Automation Engineer who can work across Replit, Bolt.New, Retell AI, n8n, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and other workflow automation tools to build real-world AI systems for our internal and client-facing products.

This is a high-impact role working directly with the Founders / CTO office. If you enjoy rapid prototyping and delivering working AI solutions end-to-end, this role is for you.

Role : GenAI Generalist / AI Automation Engineer

Experience : 1–3 years

Location : Chennai (On-site / Hybrid)

Employment Type : Full-time

What You’ll Work On

Building and deploying AI workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make, and custom Python / JS scripts

Creating voice + conversational AI agents using Retell AI, OpenAI Realtime APIs

Rapid prototyping using Replit, Bolt.New, LangChain / LangGraph, and similar tools

Designing multi-step AI agents for :

Finance & RCM automation

HR onboarding & workflows

EPC / Construction project management

Customer and internal support automation

Integrating LLMs with CRMs, ERPs, HRIS, and internal systems

Creating simple deployable apps (frontend / API automation)

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (Replit / Bolt / LangChain)

Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks

Practical experience with n8n or similar automation tools

Ability to write clean functional Python or JavaScript

Experience building at least 2–3 real AI projects (portfolio preferred)

Curiosity, rapid experimentation mindset, and ability to self-learn

Bonus Skills

Experience with vector DBs (Qdrant, Pinecone)

Exposure to multi-agent systems

Basic cloud deploy skills (Vercel, DigitalOcean, Render)
