Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CA - Article Assistant based in Chennai. The selected candidate will assist in statutory and tax audits, research tax-related matters, and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations. It will also include assisting in preparation of reports, helping the team in accounting, analytical work, and other professional assignments under the mentorship of experienced Chartered Accountants.

Qualifications

• Completed CA Intermediate
• Basic accounting knowledge, including ledger postings, journal entries, and financial statements
• Understanding of taxation rules and regulations, along with working knowledge of tax computation and filings
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capability to work with minimal supervision
