Job description3–5 years in New Product Development related to Sheetmetal ; Proficient in process selection and identifying key process characteristics. Experience with PPAP & APQP procedures. Strong troubleshooting, people management, and team collaboration skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO9001 : 2015 compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes : sheet metal, machining, tooling, surface finishing.
- Expertise in drawing interpretation, GD&T, fixturing, and gauging.
- Familiarity with special processes (e.G., welding) is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of aerospace quality standards and requirements.
- Hands-on experience with aerospace documentation, PFMEA, risk analysis, and mitigation.
- Ability to manage customers and stakeholders effectively.
Experience & Skills :
minimum 2 years in Aerospace NPD & qualification.
