Role Overview :
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Team Managers and Property Advisors.
- This role demands a combination of sales leadership, client engagement, and team management.
- The ideal candidate will drive revenue through structured advisory, client relationship management, and process excellence in residential property transactions.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead, coach, and manage a team of Team Managers and Advisors focused on residential property sales.Meet prospective customers to understand their real estate investment requirements.Offer personalized investment advice and guide customers to select the right residential projects.Coordinate and accompany clients during site visits to ensure a seamless experience.Negotiate with clients and developers to close transactions and maximize value.Work closely with internal CRM and post-sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth execution.Monitor team performance, track sales targets, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing dynamics, and developer offerings.Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client interaction data in CRM / ERP Minimum 4+ years in residential real estate sales; team management experience preferred.Skills :
Strong relationship-building and networking capabilitiesExcellent verbal and written communicationHigh energy levels, self-driven, and target-orientedStrong negotiation and client-handling skillsAbility to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environmentQualification : Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
