Product Manager - US Healthcare

Pune, Work from office.

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative software solutions in the US healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ product management experience, including at least 2 years in US healthcare, with strong expertise in value-based care and population health management.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business goals and healthcare compliance.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for SaaS healthcare applications focused on payer / provider workflows, risk adjustment, and clinical quality measures.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, clinical, and business teams to deliver scalable, AI / LLM-powered healthcare features.

Manage Agile processes including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.

Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate workflows and regulatory requirements into product requirements and actionable analytics dashboards.

Drive product performance measurement using BI tools and data-driven decision-making.

Must-Have Qualifications :

5+ years of overall product management experience with at least 2 years in the US healthcare domain.

Strong understanding of

value-based care models ,

payer contracting, and healthcare programs

(MA, MSSP, ACO, ACO Flex).

In-depth knowledge of clinical quality measures (HEDIS, NCQA, PQRS, eCQM, MIPS) and care / risk adjustment processes.

Experience with EHR / HIE integration and healthcare software product leadership.

Proficient in Agile product management tools and methodologies (Jira, Scrum, SAFe).

Analytical mindset with expertise in BI / reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI / LLM-powered feature development.

Experience working with CRM platforms (Zoho, Freshworks, Salesforce Health Cloud) preferred.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance (HIPAA, HITECH).
