Restaurant Manager ( Swiggy / Zomato)

Mela Fine Foods is a premium brand of carnival foods launched to standardize taste and hygiene of street food in India.

We are looking for a hustler, a self starter who can wear multiple hats and help build the brand with unlock growth for our brand .

Key responsibilities Include

• Managing, setting up and reviewing of all processes requiring our food carts to be operational.
• Developing and executing processes for QC, channel and distribution of our food to multiple locations.
• Ensuring standards are adhered to for quality and hygiene
• Ensuring sales and growth on Swiggy / Zomato and other digital platforms
• Team building for both offline and online channels bringing in people aligned with our culture and mindset.
• Develop strategy to drive sales at our locations through all our marketing initiatives
• Ensure smooth delivery of the product and a pleasant customer experience.
• Building networks and identify new product opportunities. Managing relationships with key vendors and doing proper competitive research to ensure relevancy and competitiveness.
• Identifying opportunities and channels for new vendors .
