The role of a Business Analyst (BA) is one of detailed analysis and clear communication. It involves identifying assumptions, translating software jargon for the intended audience Detailed Analysis : BAs perform detailed analysis by identifying assumptions, translating software jargon, and spotting misunderstandings early in the project1. They bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Clear Communication : BAs ensure successful project delivery by communicating effectively. They document and analyze business requirements, making sure they align with the project’s goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Hands-on experience as a business analyst in US P&C insurance domain
• Good understanding of Guidewire product suites, especially ClaimCenter
• Has good understanding of commercial line policies.
• Is an independent contributor.
• Is required to work with onsite counterpart as well as direct customer on BA activities and deliverables.
• Will provide pre-construction walkthrough to development and QA teams.
• Will attend post-construction walkthroughs to ensure the developed feature is in line with requirements.
• Will own BA deliverables.
