Role Description :
As Sales & Ops Manager - Savings, you will be responsible for building, growing, and scaling the Digital Gold and broader savings product portfolio. This is a high-impact, strategic role that involves deep collaboration across product, marketing, operations, and partnerships. The ideal candidate brings solid D2C category management experience, ideally from FinTech, D2C or NBFC companies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the end-to-end P&L and growth of the Digital Gold and other savings categories.
- Design and execution strategy aligned with customer needs and company goals.
- Build go-to-market strategies for new savings products, pricing, promotions, and bundling.
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization through product and marketing levers.
- Collaborate with product & tech teams to continuously improve customer experience and feature roadmap.
- Work closely with marketing and brand teams on campaigns to increase awareness and usage.
- Identify and onboard strategic partners and vendors for new savings products.
- Lead and mentor a small category team focused on execution excellence.
Attributes we are looking for :
4-8 years of sales experience in a D2C company (FinTech / e-commerce / consumer tech).1-2 years of direct experience in managing the Digital Gold category is a must.Strong business acumen and comfort with data-driven decision-making.Experience in launching and scaling digital products in Tier 2, 3, and 4 cities is a plus.Team management experience with a track record of building and leading high performing teams.Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.(ref : iimjobs.com)
