Key Responsibilities :

• SAP S / 4HANA Implementation & Support : Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP S / 4HANA solutions, specifically focusing on Quote-to-Invoice (Q2I / QTI) processes and other relevant SD functionalities. Provide ongoing production support for the existing S / 4HANA landscape, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
• Pricing Expertise : Design, configure, and optimize complex pricing procedures within SAP SD to meet diverse business requirements. This includes condition types, access sequences, condition tables, pricing routines, and integration with other modules.
• Production Support (QTI) : Provide expert-level support for QTI processes in a production environment, resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions to minimize business disruption.
• Cross-Functional Integration : Possess a good understanding of integration points and processes with other key SAP modules, including but not limited to Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Master Data Governance (MDG), and C4C (SAP Customer Cloud) systems.
• Data Management : Experience with data migration and data load tools is highly preferred, demonstrating the ability to manage and ensure data integrity during system changes and enhancements.
• Technical Acumen : Debugging experience is preferred to effectively analyze and resolve technical issues, collaborating with ABAP developers when necessary.
• Documentation & Testing : Prepare comprehensive Functional Specifications (FSDs) for development objects. Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing (SIT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are thoroughly validated.
• External System Integration : Experience with integrating SAP SD with external systems such as UPS (shipping), various Tax tools, and Credit Card integration solutions is essential.
• Project Lifecycle Participation : Actively participate in all phases of SAP S / 4HANA implementation projects, from blueprinting and design to go-live and post-go-live support.
