Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented SAP QTC (Quote to Cash) Consultant to join our team for a contract engagement. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in the entire Quote to Cash business process within SAP, primarily focusing on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). This role requires a seasoned consultant capable of leading and executing end-to-end implementation, configuration, optimization, and support of SAP QTC solutions, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives and driving process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and participate in all phases of SAP QTC implementation projects, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Design, configure, and optimize core SAP SD functionalities related to the Quote to Cash process, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, and Revenue Recognition integration.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and efficient SAP QTC solutions, providing expert recommendations and best practices.
• Develop detailed functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) objects and collaborate effectively with ABAP development teams.
• Perform comprehensive system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring the quality and integrity of implemented solutions.
• Manage and resolve complex incidents and problems related to SAP QTC processes and configurations, providing timely and effective support.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, logistics, procurement, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and process flow across modules.
• Provide expert guidance and knowledge transfer to end-users and client teams, developing training materials and conducting workshops.
• Conduct process analysis and re-engineering to identify opportunities for optimization and automation within the Quote to Cash cycle.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations and best practices, particularly within S / 4HANA for Quote to Cash functionalities.
