Job descriptionAnalyze current billing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Develop and implement strategies to improve billing accuracy and efficiency. Provide technical support for SAP BRIM CI-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving system errors. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system stability and performance. Prepare detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and system changes. Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on SAP BRIM CI functionalities and best practices. Proven experience with SAP BRIM, specifically in the Convergent Invoicing module. Strong understanding of billing processes and financial accounting principles. Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization. Familiarity with integration points between SAP BRIM and other SAP modules such as FI (Financial Accounting) and SD (Sales and Distribution).

Location : Gurugram, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune (Hybrid – 2 days on-site, 3 days remote)
