Job Description

• Moderate all user generated content in the line with the moderation policy of each community.
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data / matrix, insights and best practices, and the acting on the information.
• Deep knowledge of ORM tools, experience of managing social media crisis by known and unknown reasons and ability to show a swift response within the agreed TAT by leading the complete response management process end to end.
• Media management : Utilize paid, earned, and owned media channels to strengthen the brand reputation.
• Oversee the strategy of building meaningful relationship between the leadership team and publication houses, journalists, key influencers, Industry associations.
• Monitor & utilize social media & digital assets to carry right set of relevant information for public consumption and conduct periodic PR audit.
• Crisis & PR management : Develop and implement crisis communications strategies, lead all PR activities including press conferences, media round tables, and press events.
• Investor and Policy Communication : Lead projects like Annual report, CSR, Employer branding & work closely with senior leadership, general counsel on investors, board members, secretarial team & expats to understand the communication requirements and deliver a quality output in a timebound manner.

A successfull candidates :

• Minimum 12+ years of experience
• Deep understanding of the retail lending space
