About the team :

You will be part of Paytm Payments Services Limited (Payments Arm of One97 Group) which enables crores of online / offline merchants to offer a world-class frictionless payment experience to their customers. We are present across large enterprises and startups including well-known unicorns. This team is responsible for handling smooth operational efficiency and procuring codes from acquiring banks & configuration of codes in the system for online merchants to complete the transaction via multiple pay modes i.e. cards, NB, UPI, Wallet, etc.

About the role :

• Responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of Online PG Merchants / ONUS (On Paytm business) Banking Operations.
• Ensuring cost optimized team management with 100 PERCENT accuracy.
• Driving multiple Program level initiatives in parallel that are driven centrally for Technology improvements.
• Cohesively work with a lot of stakeholders (Business / alliance / acquirer banks), across functions and teams every day.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans along with key stakeholders.
• Responsible for SOP maintenance, version control, Implementation, and Adherence.
• Track Program / Project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals of the organization.
• Engage with various Business, Product, Compliance, Finance, and Technology Teams within Paytm to help mitigate risk as well as maintain the highest standards of Onboarding.
