Review deal closing documentation, including drafts of credit agreements, loan agreements, purchase agreements, and funds flowTrack internal deal closing workflow status, coordinating with Front Office and Middle OfficeDrive closing calls in collaboration with Front Office, Asset Management, Treasury, Tax, and other relevant teamsManage static data, including compilation, input, and monitoring within internal and external systemsPrepare deal management workbooks for new dealsSet up new borrowers and onboard new lenders in internal systemsOnboard new lenders into internal systemsEstablish new remittance instructionsSupport deal funding activities, including managing cash balances, forecasting, and executing closing wire transfersProcess loan transactions, including drawdowns, borrowings, repricing, rate setting, and principal and interest payments for active loansRequirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, demonstrating a broad understanding of the business while continuously improving processes and procedures to drive excellence, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top university, preferably in a quantitative discipline (e.g., finance, economics, accounting)
- 1–4 years of direct experience in loan administration and / or agency within a securities or investment firm
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA experience is a plus) and exceptional writing skills
- Experience with private credit loan origination is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Wall Street Office (WSO), Loan IQ, or similar loan administration systems is a plus
- A high level of personal integrity and commitment to ethical standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
