Position : Talent Acquisition Executive

Location : Banjara hills road no 2, Hyderabad

Experience : 1–4 Years

Shift-1 : 00 PM-10 : 00 PM IST

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Hyderabad.

In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles and collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract top talent that drives our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Admin, etc.)

Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other platforms

Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure smooth hiring operations

Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs

Enhance candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives

✅ Must-Have Skills

1–4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (corporate or agency side)

Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Familiarity with ATS tools and MS Office

Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced environment
