Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Dean of the Management department at AIBM, based in Ahmedabad. The Dean will oversee and manage academic programs and faculty within the Management department, ensuring the highest standards of education and curriculum development. Responsibilities include supervising faculty, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, setting strategic goals, and promoting collaborative initiatives. The Dean will engage in student development, evaluate academic performance, and contribute to research and community outreach programs to enhance AIBM's reputation as a leading institution.

Qualifications

• Qualification and requirements as per UGC / AICTE / Gujarat Technological University Guidelines
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities
• Experience in academic administration, curriculum development, and faculty management
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
• Proven track record in teaching, research, and community engagement
• Doctorate in Management or a related field, along with substantial academic or industry experience
• Knowledge of current trends in business education and the ability to adapt to evolving industry needs
• Commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and a culture of academic excellence

Salary scale : 90,000 - 1,25,000 / -
