Business Development Associate

Limelight Lab Grown Diamonds Ltd, India's leading luxury lab-grown diamond brand, is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with around 3 years of experience in the jewellery industry (B2B sales) .

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and build relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in the jewellery sector.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
• Present and promote Limelight's products, highlighting their unique value proposition and market potential .
• Identify, pitch, and onboard Franchise and SIS (Shop-in-Shop) partners to expand the brand's retail footprint.
• Negotiate and close B2B sales and partnership agreements ensuring mutually profitable terms.
• Represent Limelight at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen industry presence.
