Responsibilities
Make outbound and inbound calls to promote products and convert inquiries into sales.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products / services.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Record interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Build positive customer relationships and follow up on marketing leads.
Handle objections professionally and close sales.
Collaborate with the sales team and share customer insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in telesales or call center sales.
Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
Goal-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer and CRM skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
