Salesforce Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an Salesforce Jr. Architect to serve as the primary technical authority for designing and implementing complex, large-scale Salesforce solutions. With over 12 years of hands-on experience, you will focus on high-impact architectural design, platform integrity, and technical standards. This is a non-managerial, expert-level individual contributor role, focused exclusively on the depth and quality of technical architecture across the entire Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design & Governance

• Solution Blueprinting : Design and document end-to-end technical blueprints for major enterprise initiatives, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable across all Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, etc.).
• Platform Integrity : Own the overall technical health, security model, and data architecture of the Salesforce Org, proactively identifying and mitigating technical debt and governor limit risks.
• Standards & Best Practices : Define and enforce organization-wide coding standards, governance frameworks, and quality assurance processes for both declarative and programmatic development.
• Roadmapping : Contribute to the multi-year Salesforce technology roadmap, evaluating new products (e.G., Data Cloud, AI / Einstein) and making architectural recommendations to support long-term business strategy.
