Role
We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to join our core tech team.
You will troubleshoot issues, support customers, and ensure smooth operation of our telephony and automation platforms.
Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot issues related to SIP, VoIP, call routing, and Linux environments
- Configure DIDs, SIP trunks, IVRs, routing logic, and system setups
- Monitor server performance, logs, and overall system health
- Provide customer-facing technical support via calls, WhatsApp, and remote tools
- Document issues, solutions, and system improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams for deployments & enhancements
