Description
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote our products and services, handling customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. If you have a passion for sales and customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels.
- Provide feedback to the management regarding customer preferences and trends.
