Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Lead SQL Developer with 1015 years of expertise in designing, modeling, and implementing large-scale, high-performance data architectures.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and cloud-based database solutions, with a passion for creating efficient, scalable, and secure data ecosystems that support business intelligence and analytics needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and design scalable database solutions aligned with organizational data strategy and business goals.
• Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models using tools such as Erwin, ER / Studio, or SQL Developer Data Modeler.
• Define, document, and enforce data architecture standards, governance policies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions meet performance and scalability needs.
• Design and optimize data warehousing solutions using dimensional modeling (Kimball / Inmon) and relational modeling principles.
• Work with cloud-based database technologies such as Azure SQL, AWS RDS, or equivalent platforms.
• Implement and maintain ETL / ELT workflows using tools like Informatica, Azure Data Factory, or similar technologies.
• Evaluate existing data architectures to identify areas for improvement, cost optimization, and performance tuning.
• Support data governance, metadata management, and ensure adherence to organizational data standards.
• Operate within an Agile / DevOps environment, contributing to CI / CD practices for data solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders and leadership to translate business requirements into technical data architecture solutions.
