Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role located in Indore. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing operational processes, ensuring business objectives are achieved, and driving team performance. Key tasks include overseeing daily operations, analyzing data and reports, coordinating with different teams, and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize performance and productivity. The individual will also play a significant role in managing stakeholder relationships and executing company policies efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong operational skills, including project management and team coordination
• Data analysis, decision-making, and strategic execution abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams
• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and manage priorities effectively
• Proficiency in relevant software, tools, and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in the agricultural, consumer products, or manufacturing industries is advantageous
