We are looking for : Software Test Architect,

Youll make an impact by :

• Test Strategy & Architecture :
• Define and evolve the overall test strategy, architecture, and roadmap for complex software systems.
• Develop scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks and tools across multiple platforms (web, mobile, APIs, cloud).
• Establish best practices for test design, automation, performance testing, and non-functional testing.
• Identify and implement tools for CI / CD pipeline integration with testing.
• Leadership & Collaboration :
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps to integrate quality across the SDLC.
• Mentor and guide test engineers and software developers in test automation and best practices.
• Lead technical reviews of test automation code and architecture.
• Quality Governance :
• Drive quality metrics and KPIs, and ensure quality gates are met across projects.
• Implement strategies for early defect detection and prevention.
• Influence the culture of quality within the engineering organization.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in test automation, AI-based testing, and QA tooling.
• Conduct proof-of-concept initiatives and lead the adoption of new tools and techniques.
• Continuously improve the test process and efficiency of QA practices.
