The ideal candidate will possess expertise in recruitment, payroll processing, HR administration, and database management, ensuring seamless HR operations and fostering a vibrant workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End HR Management : Oversee and manage the complete end-to-end HR gamut , ensuring all human resource functions align with organizational goals.
- Talent Acquisition : Lead ongoing recruitment efforts, especially for sales engineers across India , from sourcing to onboarding, to attract top talent.
- Employee Motivation & Engagement : Manage HR initiatives with a primary focus on motivation and talent promotion , actively working to keep good and positive energy in the workforce .
- Payroll Processing : Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing , adhering to all relevant regulations and internal policies.
- HR Administration : Handle essential administrative functions including joining formalities, personal administration , and exit formalities , ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle.
- Database Management : Maintain and manage the HR database , ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
Skills
Strong ability in managing end-to-end HR gamut .Expertise in recruitment , particularly for specialized roles like sales engineers across diverse geographies.Proven skills in talent promotion and fostering a motivated, positive workforce .Proficiency in payroll processing .Experience with joining formalities, personal administration, and exit formalities .Competence in database management .Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar comprehensive HR role.Demonstrable track record in managing recruitment cycles and employee engagement initiatives.Strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance.Skills Required
