About the Role :

This is a leadership role within the performance marketing vertical. You would be responsible for the service delivery and growth of our clients engaged with us for performance marketing. You will drive the planning, execution and monitoring of paid media campaigns for lead generation and e-commerce clients. Create and execute strong digital media recommendations with supporting validation

• Develop and execute complex, KPI driven media plans
• Setup, Analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize performance
• Work with cross-functional teams (Creative, Tech, Client servicing, etc.) to manage processes
• Design and document analytics tracking specifications for various digital channels, including web, mobile apps, and microsites
• Track, prioritize, and manage analytics implementation initiatives across teams; serve as contact for analytics / tracking requests
• Flag issues related, QA, QC, and debugging of analytical / tagging code
• Work with business partners to ensure that all digital media is tagged and trackable so that standard reports can be created and shared
• Produce clear and detailed client-facing reports to identify areas of opportunity to improve campaign performance
• Take complete ownership of client engagement, Media Plans and Projects to ensure timely and in budget delivery
