Job description

We’re seeking a seasoned recruitment leader to drive scalable, client-centric talent delivery across India. This role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and client partnership to enable business growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Design and lead delivery frameworks aligned with business goals
Manage full-cycle recruitment across IT, non-IT, and niche roles
Mentor and scale high-performing recruitment teams
Drive client satisfaction, SLA adherence, and strategic account growth
Standardize workflows, optimize metrics, and implement automation
Leverage ATS / CRM platforms and analytics for data-driven decisions

🔹 Ideal Profile

12–15 years in staffing / recruitment delivery;

experience with Captives / GCCs preferred

Proven leadership in managing large-scale hiring and distributed teams

Strong client engagement and strategic delivery mindset

Proficient in ATS / CRM tools, recruitment analytics, and sourcing platforms

Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR or Management;

6–8 years managing managers / leads
