Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate accounting records. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally ERP , GST & TDS compliance , and bookkeeping . This position is ideal for CA Intermediate or Final students who wish to gain hands-on experience in corporate accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and ensure timely posting of entries.
• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions and books of accounts .
• Perform sales and debtors reconciliation and purchase and creditors reconciliation .
• Manage accounts payable / receivable , vendor payments , and petty cash .
• Post bank entries and perform bank reconciliations regularly.
• Prepare and file monthly GST returns and quarterly TDS returns , ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Assist in Fixed Asset Register (FAR) preparation as per the Companies Act .
• Support monthly closing , financial reporting , and audit preparation .
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for billing, documentation, and reconciliations.
