Senior Technical Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter(Btech / Bsc / Msc / BCA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across IT and Semiconductor domains. This role requires a deep understanding of technical roles, strong networking abilities, and a passion for connecting exceptional candidates with exciting opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions in IT and Semiconductor sectors
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus hiring, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone / video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and departmental needs
• Negotiate salary offers and manage the offer acceptance process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices
• Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and professional networking events
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
