Senior Executive-Tenders

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end tendering process including identification of tenders document preparation submission and post-submission follow-up.
• Review and analyze tender documents terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance Legal Operations and Technical departments) for timely collection and validation of required inputs and documents.
• Maintain updated knowledge of government and private e-procurement portals and ensure seamless participation in online tenders.
• Prepare and maintain tender trackers bid status reports and documentation for audit and management review.
• Identify process gaps and develop plans to streamline and optimize tender management activities.
• Ensure quality accuracy and timeliness in all submissions to enhance success rates.
• Support management with market insights competitor analysis and bid-winning strategies.
• Ensure effective communication between the tender department and other internal teams to achieve business goals.

Required Skills & Competencies : Strong knowledge of E-Tendering platforms (GeM CPPP E-procurement etc.). Excellent documentation and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and online tender portals. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and ensure accuracy under pressure.
