Role Overview :

The Digital Solutions Partner plays a strategic role in guiding clients through the transformation of legacy systems into modern, scalable digital platforms. This position blends deep technical expertise with business acumen and client engagement skills to drive successful digital modernization initiatives. The role involves leadership across delivery, solutioning, staffing, and financials, with a strong emphasis on hands-on technical capabilities when needed.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in greenfield environments , is comfortable with minimal direction , and can independently define and drive digital solutions from concept to execution.

Experience within the banking and financial services industry is preferred , as the role involves working with clients in regulated environments that demand high standards of security, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Engagement & Strategy : Collaborate with stakeholders to define digital transformation goals, whiteboard solution architectures, and align technology strategies with business objectives.
• Solution Architecture : Design scalable, secure, and high-performance digital solutions across web, mobile, and cloud platforms.
• FullStack Leadership : Guide development teams across front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring adherence to best practices and modern engineering standards.
• Pre-Sales & Solutioning : Lead technical solutioning during pre-sales, including effort estimation, architecture definition, and technology selection.
• Hands-On Execution : Step in as a hands-on architect or developer when needed to troubleshoot, prototype, or accelerate delivery.
• Greenfield Delivery : Take ownership of new initiatives with limited guidance, shaping architecture, team structure, and delivery plans from scratch.
• Governance & Compliance : Ensure digital solutions meet regulatory, security, and governance standards.
