Hyland - Network Administrator - IT Infrastructure

Role Overview :

The Network & Infrastructure Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and securing enterprise-grade IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.

This includes the deployment, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network systems, servers, virtualization platforms, and core infrastructure applications.

The role demands strong technical acumen, hands-on operational expertise, and the ability to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of IT systems supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Infrastructure Operations & Maintenance :

• Manage daily operations of the enterprise infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization, and network components.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning to ensure stability and security.
• Support IT infrastructure systems such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, email systems (Exchange On-Prem and Online), and file servers.
• Ensure adherence to established configuration, backup, and security policies.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware failures, and system outages with minimal supervision.
