Sales Manager (Procurement Business)

Job descriptionIdentify and onboard interior contractors, project companies, and SMEs as clients Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets for B2B procurement Generate, track, and close inbound and outbound leads Maintain strong relationships with procurement heads, architects, and project managers Understand client requirements and provide solutions from Officebanao’s product portfolio Visit client sites and offices for meetings and presentations Understand the requirements and coordinate the commercial proposals Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines Ensure client issues are resolved by coordinating with supply chain and warehouse team, finance team or category team Track competitor pricing, market demand, and upcoming commercial interior projects Collect feedback and suggest product improvements or sourcing changes Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills Knowledge of building materials or office interiors industry Excellent communication and presentation skills Tech-savvy (CRM, Excel, email automation, WhatsApp Business) Self-driven and customer-obsessed mindset Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Civil / Interior background MBA preferred but not mandatory Prior experience in B2B sales for hardware, modular furniture, or interior materials is a plus. Fixed CTC : INR 20L+ (based on experience) Variable / Incentive : Based on monthly sales performance Travel reimbursements and mobile allowance included
