Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our India-based engineering team focused on networking and wireless systems. You’ll drive technical execution across RAN, core network, and automation workflows, and collaborate with our global teams to scale development, testing, and infrastructure capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow a local engineering team focused on network and wireless product areas.
• Oversee technical design and implementation across : Software-defined networking (SDN), LTE / 5G RAN systems, and Automation frameworks for test and deployment
• Collaborate with US-based counterparts to align on roadmap, architecture, and execution.
• Build internal tools, dashboards, and observability systems to monitor and validate network behavior.
• Set up robust processes for CI / CD, testing, and performance validation.
• Mentor engineers and drive high performance and ownership.
