Applied Systems India is expanding our AI engineering team and searching for a Manager, Engineering (AI Engineering). In this role, you will guide a technical team and provide expertise to ensure effective delivery and a high-quality results throughout the development of AI-based services.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of engineers and data scientists to deliver a suite of AI-based services
• Provide professional and technical leadership with impactful guidance, coaching, and feedback
• Empower the team with clear goals and a data-informed approach to ensure excellence
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement with the team
• Collaborate with Product Mgmt., Architecture, and other Engineering Leaders to define and plan work
• Monitor active work to manage risk, escalate blockers, and ensure delivery goals
• Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure alignment and achieve shared roadmap milestones
