Responsibilities 🎯 Account Management & Growth
Act as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for the assigned TCS accounts.Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability.Monitor, analyze, and report on key account performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities and potential risks.Conduct regular business reviews with key client stakeholders to assess performance and align on future needs.💼 Sales & Recruitment Collaboration
Work closely with the internal Recruitment Team to prioritize requisitions, communicate specific job requirements, and ensure timely and quality submissions.Negotiate and finalize service agreements, rates, and terms with the client.📈 Compliance & Documentation
Ensure strict compliance with all MSA (Master Service Agreement) terms, VMS (Vendor Management System) procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activity, client interactions, and sales forecasts.Required Qualifications
8+ years of proven experience in Account Management within the US Staffing / Recruitment Industry .Mandatory proven experience in managing and significantly growing TCS accounts in the US Staffing domain.In-depth knowledge of the IT staffing lifecycle, technology roles, and common VMS portals used by TCS.Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and placement targets.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or Technology).
