About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and strategic APAC Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment across the Asia-Pacific region. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders, HR teams, and global stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire top talent in a competitive and fast-changing market. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing capabilities, cultural fluency across APAC markets, and experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities :
Full-Cycle Recruitment :
- Manage end-to-end hiring for roles across multiple APAC markets, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and establish effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct screening, assessments, and interview coordination through to offer negotiation and onboarding handoff.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development :
Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and market-specific platforms.Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for hard-to-fill, high-volume, or niche positions.Leverage employer branding initiatives to attract diverse, high-quality talent.Market Insights & Stakeholder Management :
Provide hiring managers with real-time market insights, salary benchmarks, and talent availability across APAC markets.Advise stakeholders on recruitment best practices, interview methods, and DEI strategies.Maintain relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and government talent programs.Process Excellence & Compliance :
Ensure hiring activities comply with local labor laws and company policies across multiple APAC jurisdictions.Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and reporting tools to ensure accurate data, candidate tracking, and recruitment metrics.Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance speed, quality of hire, and candidate experience.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).1-2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the APAC region, ideally within a multinational environment.Strong sourcing skills and experience recruiting across multiple countries (e.g., Singapore, Australia, India, Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, etc.).Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Ceipal, Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.What We Offer :
