Roles & Responsibilities

Knowledge of loan processing drawdowns / rollovers / partial and total repayments(retail / corporate)

Knowledge / basic understanding of all RBI related reporting related to Loan section.

Preparation / Validation of data for RBI, HO, Auditors and coordinating with Auditors to handle their queries.

Strong numerical ability and accuracy

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage high volume.

Integrity, discipline and strong attention to details

Good Excel skills

Monitor repayment schedules / interest payment / overdue etc

Handle loan account maintenance, rate change, tenure modifications etc

Ensure correct interest, charges and pently calculations

Identify operational risks and escalate discrepancies

Provide timely updates to branches, customers, internal stakeholders

Prepare daily / monthly MIS

Process driven and compliance oriented

Team player with strong follow up skills
