Job descriptionLead Agile teams technically, coordinating with direct reports to ensure adherence to global IT strategy, architecture frameworks, and standards. Provide technical guidance and support on BMP technology tools such as Java Microservices, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and Kafka. Stay updated with emerging technology trends and recommend adoption where appropriate. Ensure the quality of deliverables by implementing BMP practices across projects. Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high standards in architecture and development practices. Build and maintain effective relationships with product owners, scrum masters, developers, and other stakeholders. Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure project success. Identify opportunities to enhance BMP architecture, development practices, and processes. Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
Architectural & Technical Consultancy :
- Provide expert consultancy for BMP asset development and rollout, ensuring alignment with Allianz technology standards.
- Collaborate with technical leads and IT Architects to define IT standards and maintain the technical integrity of components.
- Design effective solutions to meet business requirements, leveraging knowledge of BMP platforms and ACM processes.
